Description
St. Dominic's Mission is looking for a Bookkeeper/Secretary in Rio Verde, Arizona. This is a part-time position for 20-25 hours a week.
- Collect and prepare information for the bulletin, prepare and print copies for the parish to distribute at Sunday Mass.
- Prepare Quarterly and Fiscal Year to Date Financials.
- Design Memorial or Funeral bulletins as requested.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare parishioner tax statements in January.
- Post contributions and check the money counters report for errors weekly.
- Prepare for the Pastoral Council meeting every month.
- Pay invoices, prepare checks, and purchase supplies as needed.
- Update website
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must have accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Practicing Catholic preferred.
- Customer Service Oriented
