Gifted Site Lead 2025/26 School Year - Eliseo
C. Felix School

General DescriptionSupport on-site gifted program for students, provide support to gifted cluster teachers, and implement district-wide gifted events.
Responsibilities- Work with teachers and other staff members to identify students for testing for the gifted program.
- Coordinate with the school counselor on gifted testing.
- Track the school’s gifted students through the student information system.
- Meet with gifted students on a monthly basis (at minimum).
- Attend all meetings of the gifted coordinators.
- Attend all gifted events, including nightly events and the Gifted Expo.
- Ensure that all parents of gifted students are informed about the gifted process, events that will be taking place, provide resources for gifted students and their parents, and provide resources for the gifted website.
- Provide resources to classroom teachers to help them provide appropriate assignments for gifted students.
- Participate as a member of the Gifted Evaluation Team.
- Current Full Time District Certified Employee
- Must possess a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card upon employment.
- Must be able to pass a background clearance upon employment.
Part-Time
Salary Range$1,000-$5,000 stipend (range based on allocation per site at 40 minutes per week per number of students)
