, you’ll play a hands‑on role in copper recovery, process optimization, and metallurgical testing—from wellfield to cathode.

• Conduct metallurgical test work and solution characterization to optimize copper recovery and process efficiency.
• Support lab‑scale leaching and SX/EW trials to improve performance and cathode quality.
• Monitor plant operations, troubleshoot process challenges, and track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with operators, engineers, and technicians to ensure safe, consistent production.
• Prepare data summaries and technical reports for ongoing process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or related field).
• 2 years of experience in copper recovery, or SX/EW operations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and safety.
• Comfortable working across lab, plant, and field environments.
• Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic start‑up environment.
• Safety focused, hands‑on, team player.
• Preferred exposure to leaching or SX/EW operations through field work or research.
• Experience with process instrumentation, data loggers or control room systems.
• Experience with Excel, PI System, Capstone, or metallurgical mass balance tools.
• MUST BE eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
