Operations Manager - Arizona H&A Recruiter

A well-established equipment dealership is seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Southeastern
Arizona to oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure consistent execution across service, parts, rental, and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, supporting department leaders, and delivering a strong customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings prior equipment dealership experience
, understands how branch operations work together, and can lead teams through structure, accountability, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations across service, parts, rental, and administrative functions
  • Partner with department managers to ensure workflows, staffing, and processes support business goals
  • Drive operational consistency, efficiency, and customer service standards
  • Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements to productivity and profitability
  • Support inventory control, equipment flow, and internal coordination between departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support growth and scalability
  • Serve as a leadership presence for the branch, supporting communication and accountability

  • Prior experience in an equipment dealership environment (required)
  • Proven operations or branch-level management experience
  • Strong understanding of service, parts, and rental operations
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data to drive decisions
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with dealership systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
