The Manufacturing Engineer will own production documentation, manufacturing process definition and improvement, and Arena PLM accuracy to ensure builds are complete, repeatable, and production‑ready.
This is an execution‑focused role supporting active, high‑mix production with a large volume of concurrent engineering tasks. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working directly on the manufacturing floor, and the ability to proactively close gaps before they impact quality, delivery, or cost.

New part creation and lifecycle management;
Drawing updates, releases, and ECO/ECR coordination. - Define, standardize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to support repeatable, scalable production.
- Identify and close documentation and process gaps that create risk to quality, throughput, delivery, or scale.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues efficiently.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks related to documentation quality, process maturity, or PLM integrity.
- Protect current revenue and operational stability by ensuring legacy products remain well‑supported and production‑ready.
KEY DELIVERABLES / OUTCOMES
- Legacy Dedrone products build consistently and predictably with minimal disruption.
- Work Instructions, BOMs, and drawings are complete, accurate, and production‑ready.
