Registered Nurse; RN; Emergency Department

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department to provide professional, age-specific bedside care and coordinate patient treatment plans.

• Assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, and safety needs upon admission and throughout care.
• Developing individualized care plans based on patient assessments and data analysis.
• Implementing medical and nursing orders, ensuring appropriateness to patient status.
• Acting as a supervisor by delegating tasks, assessing care quality, and participating in hourly rounding.
• Monitoring safety guidelines and sometimes assuming shift leadership.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient goals and ensure optimal outcomes.

• Current RN license in the state, CPR, and applicable certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.).
• Effective interpersonal skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and excellent customer service abilities.
• Preferred: BSN, acute care experience, and specialty certifications.
