Role: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Arizona is a plus, but we welcome applications from all the other regions listed in the territory
Territory: Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Idaho (plus later added expansions)
Authorization to Work: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States농

Technical & Commercial Background:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or Business, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of technical sales experience in industrial automation or related fields.
• Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle in a technical environment, with strong ability to prospect, present, and close deals independently while supporting and motivating distributor networks.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and explain industrial automation solutions, particularly in machine vision and optical sensors, with hands-on problem-solving skills for basic application challenges.
• Consultative Sales Expertise: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and proven ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Organization & Mobility: Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting, with willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

As the Territory Sales Manager for the Western Region

Key Responsibilities:
