Account Executive – BIM & Construction Services

ENG, a leading BIM company serving architects, engineers, and owners, is looking for an experienced Account Executive based in the U.S. with 5‑10 years in the Construction/BIM/VDC industry. The role focuses on selling MEP Modeling and Coordination services, networking with General Contractors and MEP subcontractors, and developing long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop business by expanding relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Design and deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts to achieve mutual value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and propose improvements.
  • Stay current with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Travel 1–3 times a month, for several days at a time (≈40% of the role).
Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales success in a senior account executive or similar role.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Construction, BIM, or VDC industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
