What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Define critical markets and establish new customer relationships within the assigned sales territory (Phoenix, Tucson, and Albuquerque)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Prepare detailed quarterly reports on sales performance and strategic implementations
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to offer customized solutions to clients
  • Conduct regular business reviews to present strategic plans and identify additional sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of field sales experience
  • In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
  • Knowledge of the assigned market/territory, including customers and competition
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans and articulate complex sales strategies
  • Proficiency in sales tracking systems, such as  and Oracle

  • Recent experience in the electronics industry
  • Experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments
