- Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
- Prepare detailed quarterly reports on sales performance and strategic implementations
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to offer customized solutions to clients
- Conduct regular business reviews to present strategic plans and identify additional sales opportunities
- 5-7 years of field sales experience
- In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
- Knowledge of the assigned market/territory, including customers and competition
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and articulate complex sales strategies
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems, such as and Oracle
- Recent experience in the electronics industry
- Experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Familiarity with pricing programs and models in the electronics industry
