- Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, role plays, and exams
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in the workplace
- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in insurance, retail, or banking
- Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections in a sales environment
- Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, managing 30-40 inbound calls per day
- Capability to maintain necessary state licenses and handle prior carrier relationships
- Must have a distraction‑free work environment and high‑speed broadband internet service
- Experience in inbound sales is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish‑English skills are advantageous
