GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Northland Pioneer College seeks a collaborative, detail-oriented individual who is committed to the mission, vision, and values of the college to serve as Registrar. The Registrar oversees all student records, which includes admissions, registration, transcripts, and is responsible for the overall operations and direction of the Records & Registration– Admissions Office, and the database containing student records.
The Registrar also collaborates with various areas of the college, including the office of institutional effectiveness, in sharing data for the completion of mandatory reports. The Registrar also ensures that the office follows state and federal compliance regulations, reporting requirements, and college procedures.
