We are looking for a motivated welcome officer with a real sense of public service. First contact for residents with the town hall, you will play a key role in the quality of reception and support for users. If you are organized, patient and enjoy human contact, this position is perfect for you.
ResponsibilitiesWelcome and user relations:
You will be the face of the community and provide attentive and professional reception:
- Physical, telephone, and digital reception of residents.
- Information and orientation of the public for the municipality and the Terres de Montaigu Agglomeration.
- Response to common requests and support in administrative procedures.
You will actively participate in the daily operation of the service:
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Management of communal hall rentals in collaboration with the manager in charge of this area of expertise.
- Management of civil status acts and funeral concessions in collaboration with the manager in charge of this area of expertise.
- Completion of various administrative tasks as needed by the service.
- Administrative management of social affairs.
- Administrative management of the cemetery and associated requests in a team with another agent.
Mastery of reception techniques and associated professional postures. Knowledge of users' rights and obligations. Proficiency with communication tools (face-to-face, telephone, digital). Understanding of the functioning of territorial communities and the principles of the public service. Secretarial and administrative management skills. Sense of service and active listening. Patience, benevolence, and diplomacy. Organization, rigor, and reliability. Essential professional discretion.
Additional InformationPart-time: 23 hours per week, including Saturday morning from 8:30 to 11:00. Statutory remuneration + incentive scheme. Art. L332-14 of the General Public Service Code - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position while waiting for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of two years.
