We are looking for a versatile, motivated, and meticulous administrative agent who will contribute to the smooth operation of the urban planning department and support elected officials in their daily tasks. Job DescriptionUrban Planning & Technical Support (70%) You will be a key contact for the public and institutional partners. Your duties will include:
- Supporting the service manager in the processing and follow-up of urban planning requests: building permits, prior declarations, urban planning certificates, addressing… in close collaboration with the Montaigu Land Agglomeration.
- Drafting road orders and DICT
- Managing various administrative tasks related to the technical field.
Support for Elected Officials (30%) You will provide essential administrative support to elected officials:
- Managing agendas and organizing appointments for the Mayor and deputies
- Preparing and coordinating meetings
- Handling emails and following up on requests
- Drafting, formatting, and distributing letters and minutes.
• Experience or knowledge in urban planning and land law is appreciated.
• Proficiency in computer tools and ideally in CartADS, Géocadastre or equivalent software.
• Fluency in oral and written communication.
• Understanding of the functioning of local governments and the principles of the public service.
• Secretarial skills and the ability to produce reliable and structured documents.
• Organizational and adaptive skills and a synthesis mindset.
• Professional discretion and a service-oriented approach.
• Listening, advisory, and relational skills.
