Major Duties:
• Provides administrative support to unit staff, which may include travel arrangements, payroll, and personnel actions.
• Provides administrative oversight of various business processes, which may include processing financial, procurement, property, personnel and other administrative instruments for staff.
• Ensures agency compliance with specialized area or program laws, rules and regulations.
• Prepares and reviews correspondence, reports and standard operating procedures.
• Prepares and develops meeting materials, briefing papers, and attends meeting with leadership to coordinate, explain or provide guidance on specialized programs or areas when necessary.
Physical Demands:
Work requires sitting at a desk, standing, bending, reaching, walking and lifting.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in an office setting but may be performed out in the field.
