Provides administrative support to unit staff, which may include travel arrangements, payroll, and personnel actions. Provides administrative oversight of various business processes, which may include processing financial, procurement, property, personnel and other administrative instruments for staff. Ensures agency compliance with specialized area or program laws, rules and regulations. Prepares and reviews correspondence, reports and standard operating procedures. Prepares and develops meeting materials, briefing papers, and attends meetings with leadership to coordinate, explain or provide guidance on specialized programs or areas when necessary.
Physical Demands:
Work requires sitting at a desk, standing, bending, reaching, walking and lifting.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in an office setting but may be performed out in the field.
