Master, Senior Master Level Service Technician
The Master, Senior Master Level Service Technician at Oro Ford is responsible for providing expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services in the auto industry. This full-time position requires the individual to inspect and service all vehicles in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. The Service Technician works closely with the Multi-Point Service Inspectors to ensure that customers and their vehicles are treated with care and concern.
This is a full-time position open to competitive flat rate pay + benefits packages. Benefits packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, paid time off, and annual reviews and raises. Will provide relocation and/or signing bonus to the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and repair services for all vehicles.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology and advancements.
- Follow safety protocols while performing repairs.
- Communicate with the Multi-Point Service Inspectors regarding any vehicle issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with completed vehicle repairs.
- Perform post-service inspections.
- Maintain clean and organized work spaces.
Requirements:
- FORD Certification or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
