Auto Shop Recruiting has partnered with Big O Tires and Central Arizona Auto Group to hire multiple General Service Automotive Technicians for its busy Hunt Hwy location in San Tan Valley.

- Massive Volume & Reliable Overtime: This location services an incredible 1,100 to 1,200 vehicles monthly across 8 service bays and a dedicated alignment rack. You will typically work a 50-hour week (40 regular hours +
10 hours of guaranteed overtime paid at time-and-a-half
).

- Perform high-quality oil and filter changes and service vehicle fluids.
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
- Test and replace batteries.
- Complete thorough multipoint vehicle inspections to identify leaks, worn components, and potential safety concerns.
- Maintain an efficient pace, completing approximately 7 or more vehicles per shift depending on the service type.
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and productive.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional automotive-shop experience required. (Automotive-school training is valued but does not replace hands-on experience).
- Skills: Solid foundation in tire or oil-change services; additional training is happily provided in whichever area you need to develop.
- Credentials: Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are mandatory.
- Mindset: At least 18 years old with a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and the ability to maintain an efficient shop pace.
