Camp Supervisor - Bagdad

Overview

Manage the camp facility to provide the standards set by the company, including alignment of project activities to business goals, financial and resource allocation, and to audit and control the performance of the camp services provider. Manage the planning and execution of the project camp schedule to align with the Project schedule.

• Work with the camp services provider to fully implement the camp rules and regulations.
• Establish and manage camp services for all phases including transportation, accommodation, catering, offices, IT etc.
• Oversee the camp services provider's performance to ensure compliance with the contract and to ensure high standards of service including, but not limited to, housekeeping, catering, waste management, medical facilities, and transportation.
• Manage the monitoring and reporting of supplier's performance against all project support services contracts, work plans, quality of services and camp occupancy.
• Conduct hygiene and food safety inspections and immediately report any potential safety risks.
• Manage the camp booking system including the check-in/check-out procedures for both mob and de-mob.
• Perform other relevant duties as requested.
