Project Engineer – R.D. Olson Construction (Sedona, AZ)
The Project Engineer supports the delivery of major hotel and multifamily projects ranging from $20M to $40M. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage project documentation, track RFIs and submittals, and ensure timely material deliveries and meetings.
Responsibilities- Track and manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement coordination.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
- Ensure material deliveries and site meetings run on schedule.
- Support $20M–$40M projects and contribute to overall project success.
- Explore and implement AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or hands‑on experience as a Project Engineer.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Procore or similar software.
- Based in Southern California and willing to travel to job sites.
- Growth‑oriented mindset with grit and attention to detail.
- Salary range: $65,000–$96,000 plus construction bonus.
