Daily Responsibilities:
- Pour and finish concrete surfaces
- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete
- Use hand and power tools to shape and finish concrete
- Repair, resurface, and replace damaged concrete
- Form Setting and rebar
- Follow blueprints and construction drawings
Required Skills:
- Experience in commercial construction
- Knowledge of structural steel framework
- Experience with hardscapes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of concrete design and structural steel design
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $48,610.00
Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
