Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as scrapers, trackhoes, motor graders, bulldozers, front end loaders, Backhoes, Skid steers, Mini excavators, dump trucks, Hydro excavators
• Excavate and prepare sites for construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
• Conduct heavy equipment repairs and maintenance as needed

Required Skills:

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment
• Knowledge of civil construction techniques and best practices
• Ability to operate various heavy equipment, including trackhoes, motor graders, and bulldozers skid steers, backhoes, Mini excavators, dump trucks, Hydro excavator
• Experience with road construction and highway construction projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Welding and fabrication skills
• Previous experience operating bobcats, mini excavators, dump trucks, pipe layers, Underground utility work
• Knowledge of flagging procedures for construction sites

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $62,425 to $80,388 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer health insurance, 401(k) options, sick leave, and paid time off.
