As an employee in sales internal service (m/f/d), you will be expected to have a varied range of tasks around customer support, the creation of individual offers, and the support of our sales team in daily business. • Your daily business includes the creation, processing, and follow-up of offers as well as the active support of our outside service.
• You competently and service-orientedly support our existing customers and stand by them as a reliable contact person.
• In addition to processing customer inquiries, you also work on tenders as well as the development of individual transport and logistics solutions.
• You take over the calculation of tenders and tenders as well as the creation of customer offers and cost calculations.
• You work closely with our operational departments such as customer service.
• Last but not least, you support us in the maintenance of customer and sales data as well as in the optimization of internal sales processes.

What You Bring:

• Your basis is a successfully completed commercial training – ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Ideally, you have already gained first experience in sales internal service, customer service, or in the logistics industry.
• You are confident in using MS Office and convince through a structured and independent working method.
• You also have very good German language skills in speech and writing as well as negotiation-safe English language skills.
• You also convince as a communication-oriented, committed, and reliable team player with a pronounced customer and service orientation.
• Last but not least, you also keep an overview in demanding situations and score with your organizational talent.
