Front Desk Agent

Overview

The Wigwam, a Four Diamond property in Litchfield Park, AZ, has 331 guest rooms and spans 440 acres. As a renowned Arizona landmark, we are seeking enthusiastic, driven individuals with a passion for excellence to join the Guest Services team as a Front Desk Agent.

• Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests throughout their stay.
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Resolve issues and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right.
• Interact with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and follow set procedures on postings, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed and strive to exceed guest expectations.

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• An outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
