Perform qualitative analysis of dental records and audit pre-coded diagnostic and procedural medical codes;
Enter health care indicators data for dental and oral surgery services;
Review records for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation; ensure diagnoses reflect dental care;
Generate RPMS/EHR reports, identify errors and trends, and discuss with dental staff to modify RPMS/EHR entries;
Assist with routine audits in accordance with the facility Compliance Plan and Performance Improvement
