Location: Peridot
Job Title: Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Practice)
Location: Peridot, AZ 85542 (Please note that housing assistance is provided directly across the street from the hospital for around $500 per month. The housing is fully furnished and includes all utilities.)
Pay: $130 - 150/hr.
Contract: 13 weeks or Permanent placement, depending on preference
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm (Monday–Friday or 4x10-hour shifts)
Patient Population: Primarily adults (18+), though flexibility to see all ages is preferred
Qualifications- 5 years of clinical experience in a clinic; hospital setting preferred
- Current and unrestricted Medical License and DEA License
- BLS Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Eligible for Board Certification;
Board Certification preferred
