Location: Chinle
Locums, Inc. is seeking Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physicians for full-time Adult Primary care services in the Chinle Healthcare Facility in Chinle, AZ. Assignment will be for 1 month with extensions available. Any valid state or Federal license acceptable. About the Opportunity:
- Period of Performance is approx. 7/1/21 to 8/1/21 w/ extensions to 12/30/21 available- 8am 5pm shifts, M-F w/ weeknight and weekend on-call time rotated among staff
- Estimated 3 patients/hour
- Provide local populace with primary health care addressing chronic preventative medicine issues.
- Located near the Canyon de Chelly National Monument. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast with access to spectacular biking, hiking, and fishing. Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted state or Federal license
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Active BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Full vaccinations and immunizations- 3 References
- Able to commit to a month-long assignment
