Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a Health System in Arizona, 50 miles outside of Phoenix that is in need of a permanent provider to join Outpatient team. The Ideal candidate would be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician Details:22-26 PPD Mon-Fri 8a-7p and Sat8a-12p(weekends covered by Midlevels)
