Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - no call or weekends, no hospital responsibilities National well established Primary Care private practice group Will except all levels of experience Value based care model 17-21 patients per day ramp up Commercial insurance patient population only Spanish preferred but not required Full support staff on site EMR used is eClinical
