July 10,11,12,13,14,18,21,24,25,26,27,28,29,31 are 8a-5p shifts Clinical Details Offers a mix of primary care, occupational medicine, and urgent care Must have some Occmed or UC experience Standard UC procedures Must be able to see all ages Must be available immediately Requirements Proficient in office based procedures Ability to treat autonomously DOT certification Active AZ license EMR Allscripts
