It's a popular area for those wanting a rural lifestyle without being cut off, surrounded by farmland and the Black Mountains, while still being within easy reach of larger towns for shopping, schools and transport links.

• Sessional rate of £12,600+ per session, reviewed annually in line with DDRB uplifts
