Location: Nawt Vaya
Patient census:15-20 per provider; busy hospital with 12-15 admits overnight.
Acceptable Specialty:
Family Practice and Internal Medicine Availability:
Need 5 hospitalists that can cover 14-16 shifts each month days, swings and nights.
We have 2 immediate needs and 3 for Mid November to Beginning of December. Providers that can work minimum of 14 shifts preferred. Will consider 5-7 on availability for continuity.
Credentialing time frame:90-120 Days; W/ Clean File Temps are available.
Credentialing process tends to be lengthy; however temps may be possibility.
Current situation:
We have 4 FTEs to fill due to Physicians moving on from the program for new endeavors.
Schedule:
7 Day Providers 6a-6p Admits, Rounding and Discharges1 Swing 3p-3a Admits1 In House Night 6p-6a Provides cross coverage and helps with admits

Single points of contact, 24/7 recruiter access, agility with approval and decision making
Online time keeping and expense reimbursement:
No faxing, handwriting or scanning time cards. All time and receipts are entered into the web portal for reimbursement per pay period
Online credentialing management:
House all of your credentialing documents via upload to your own secure portal provided by Locums Unlimited where they can be retrieved by you at any time. Online signatures (when allowed) through portal and docusign
Pay breakdown emails:
To ensure accuracy, you will receive an email with the breakdown of your pay prior to payroll being processed each pay period for revision if necessary
Confirmation of submissions:
You will receive an email from your recruiter anytime you are presented to a hospital, including a breakdown of each site presented to and the details
