20 hours per week. Sunday-Saturday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM – possible late hours and weekends.
Summary/Objective of PositionStudent interns will support the Student Affairs Department in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive co‑curricular program designed to enrich the student experience. This program promotes student growth through social, cultural, recreational, and educational activities. The intern will coordinate with internal departments, external organizations, and entertainers, while maintaining regular communication with students, faculty, and staff. This position is fully in‑person and based on campus.

- The Student Intern will maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal/external agencies and within the campus community.
- Coordinates, prepares, and disseminates publications related to student activities and student services.
- Assists in preparing and editing flyers, posters, literature, and other materials prepared for on‑campus distributions.
- Intern will obtain information from commuters and residents through surveys and data collection on related topics and student activities.
- Schedules appointments for meetings and events, files, sorts mail, performs data entry, manages event equipment inventory, and runs errands on campus.
- Organize the booking of facilities, training sessions, workshops with other departments, community organizations, and student clubs.
- Maintains confidentiality of information exposed in the course of business regarding students, supervisors, or other employees.
- Contributes to a safe educational and working environment by participating in all drills and training and being prepared to take action should a health or safety emergency occur.
- Promote co‑curricular activities in the areas of Physical Health and Wellness for the college community. Host workshops, promotional booths, and participate in recreational/engagement planning.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with staff, faculty, and campus partners to support collaborative projects and data requests.
- Utilize standard office and research software, i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet established deadlines with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience Minimum & Preferred
- Minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA
- Be enrolled part‑time (7+ credit hours) or a full‑time student at Dine College in the Fall 2026 semester
- Must be enrolled in a degree program at Dine College and have completed at least 24 credit hours at the College.
- Must be in good academic and social standing.
- Ability to perform accurate, detailed, and high‑quality work with strong attention to detail.
