Hourly Rate: $18/hour (non‑exempt, paid bi‑weekly)
Start Date: Mid/late July
End Date: Late May 2027 (Aligns with the end of the program/school year)
As a Math Fellow, you will support students by delivering high‑impact, small‑group tutoring and expanding access to quality math instruction.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 (non‑exempt, paid bi‑weekly)
Total compensation: Based on assigned schedule and number of service days
Paid Lunch: 30 minute paid lunch
Daily planning and preparation: Built into your schedule
Sick leave and personal leave
Holiday Pay: This position does not include holiday pay or payment during school breaks/closures
Benefits (for eligible full‑time Math Fellows)- Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of the individual‑level premium paid by Blueprint)
- Professional development and support: one‑on‑one coaching, ongoing feedback, structured training, mentorship and cohort‑based support, up to 72 hrs of professional development each school year
- Real‑world experience valued across education and mission‑driven careers
- Age 18 or older
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
- English proficiency (Spanish language skills a plus)
- Ability to commit through the end of the school year
- Successful completion of required background screenings
- Ability to reliably commute to school location based on assigned schedule
