Full‑Time

Schedule:

Monday‑Thursday, approx. 8 am‑4 pm and Friday 9 am‑noon; ~30‑35 hrs/week;
During School Day;
One School Year Based Fellowship (final schedule depends on school placement)

Schedule:

Monday‑Thursday and Friday 9 am‑noon; AM 8:00‑12:00, PM 12:00‑4:00; ~20‑29 hrs/week;
During School Day;

Hourly Rate: $18/hour (non‑exempt, paid bi‑weekly)

Start Date: Mid/late July

End Date: Late May 2027 (Aligns with the end of the program/school year)

As a Math Fellow, you will support students by delivering high‑impact, small‑group tutoring and expanding access to quality math instruction.

Across the country, under‑served students lack rigorous math support. Through small‑group tutoring you will:

• Accelerate student learning in math
• Build student confidence and identity as learners
• Help close opportunity gaps in education
• Contribute to measurable, meaningful academic outcomes

• Deliver daily, small‑group math tutoring during the school day
• Build strong relationships with students and support their growth
• Track student progress and adjust instruction based on data

Hourly Rate: $18.00 (non‑exempt, paid bi‑weekly)

Total compensation: Based on assigned schedule and number of service days

Paid Lunch: 30 minute paid lunch

Daily planning and preparation: Built into your schedule

Holiday Pay: This position does not include holiday pay or payment during school breaks/closures

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of the individual‑level premium paid by Blueprint)
• Professional development and support: one‑on‑one coaching, ongoing feedback, structured training, mentorship and cohort‑based support, up to 72 hrs of professional development each school year
• Real‑world experience valued across education and mission‑driven careers

• Age 18 or older
• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
• English proficiency (Spanish language skills a plus)
• Ability to commit through the end of the school year
• Successful completion of required background screenings
• Ability to reliably commute to school location based on assigned schedule
