Tipping Point Solutions, Inc is seeking a Training Instructor / Advisor
- Senior for a position within the Staff and Faculty Development Branch at US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE), Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This position requires a blend of creativity, critical thinking, subject‑matter expertise, and a strong understanding of military training strategies and methodologies.

The Training Instructor / Advisor
- Senior will provide training instruction dictated by the published training schedule, and ad hoc training when identified by the Government. Instructors shall apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models during platform instruction, small group instruction, and during individual instruction, mentorship, and coaching. Instructors shall provide support to students during performance‑based practical exercise, planning and preparation time, and provide relevant critiques and analysis.

The Instructor will notify the Government lead of, but not limited to student absences, grades, issues, and failures.

No Remote/Offsite locations authorized. All work will be supported within Government facility.

• Prepared classroom for instruction
• Follow the established lesson plans and update as required.
• Stay within the allotted instruction time established by the schedule.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on student performance, tests, and student lesson plans, and retrain as required.
• Monitor and report student attendance.
• Develop and administer performance‑based and knowledge‑based tests.
• Identify opportunities for and provide Just in Time Training (JiTT) and Key Personnel Training (KPT).
• Conduct AAR’s with students and update student records in various formats.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to receive a Secret government security clearance within first year.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or similar area.
• Education must include at least 24 semester credits focused on educational research, learning theory, education technology, instructional design or other related education themed courses. Courses focusing on the administration or fiscal requirements of education related organizations do not count towards the credit requirement.
• Minimum 6 years' experience which includes teaching adults in a variety of student‑centric and teacher‑centric learning environments. Developing and implementing new teaching curricula. Revising and implementing existing teaching curricula.
• Experience must include teaching military personnel in training and/or educational settings for a minimum of four years within the last six years.
• Graduate of SFDB designated course or pass 1st time.

• Outstanding written, visual, verbal communication and project management skills.
• Experience must include design and development written and hands‑on assessment instruments.
• Experience documenting student performance in performance‑based assessments.
• Extensive working experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications for editing training documents, for example Adobe Acrobat CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• Understanding of emerging media formats and characteristics, including social media trends and practices, along with the associated tools and techniques.
