Part-Time Paraprofessional

Paraprofessional Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient paraprofessional to join our team and support the Exceptional Wildcats at the high school level. This role involves working one-on-one with students with special needs, providing daily assistance, classroom support, and engaging in physical activities and field trips. The ideal candidate has a big heart, a strong commitment to student growth, and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to assigned students throughout the school day.
• Afternoon bus run duty
• Accompany students to and from classes and assist with transitions.
• Support students with academic tasks, behavioral goals, and personal needs as directed by teaching staff.
• Engage in physical activities with students, including swim aerobics, exercise, and recreation.
• Participate in field trips and community-based activities.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures.
• Must obtain a Level One Fingerprint Card at time of employment (District Office)
