Special Education Teacher

Mammoth San Manuel Public schools is seeking a highly qualified special education teacher to fill a full-time long term resource class position at San Manuel Jr/Sr High School. This position includes teaching remedial reading, writing, and math skills to 7th through 12th grade special education students with various disabilities and wide range of academic and social skills. Successful candidate will implement IEP goals and coordinate with general education teachers IEP accommodations as specified for each student.

This position requires writing IEP documents that meet all necessary state mandated requirements as well as scheduling and facilitating IEP meetings with parents and faculty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution / college transcripts
• Arizona Teacher Certificate in Special Education
• Fingerprint clearance card
