The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., perfect for those who value a predictable routine and enjoy working with young learners.
Ideal candidates come equipped with an active IVP fingerprint clearance card and full paraprofessional certification. Experience supporting students on the autism spectrum is highly valued, as youll be integral to fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom for all learners.
Qualifications- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card (required)
- Paraprofessional certification (required)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to support and assist students with autism
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to helping children succeed
- Assist lead teachers in classroom management and instructional support
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with elementary-aged students
- Provide support for students with autism and other special learning needs
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
