Job Information:
Certified position, 10 month

Compensation:
Pay-DOE, sick leave, personal days, holidays, retirement, life and health insurance

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Must be able to obtain and maintain an AZ IVP fingerprint clearance

* Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Department of Education Teaching Certificate

* Ability to assume responsibility, exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality of

materials and student information.

* Follows all Federal, State laws as well as district policy

Summary

* A public-school teacher plays a central role in shaping students' academic growth, social development, and lifelong learning habits. The position blends instruction, mentorship, communication and collaboratio9n in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

* Work under plan and deliver instruction aligned with state standards and district curriculum.

* Create engaging lessons that support diverse learning styles and abilities.

* Assess student progress through assessments, quizzes, projects, and observations.

* Provide feedback that helps students growth academically and behaviorally

* Manage the classroom environment to ensure safety, respect and productive learning

* Integrate technology to enhance learning and support student engagement

* Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns

* Collaborate with staff on grade-level/subject level teams that also include professional development

* Uphold ethical and legal responsibilities related to student privacy, mandated reporting, and district policies.

* Maintain accurate daily/period attendance each day
