Position

Summary

We are seeking candidates with a counterintelligence background and experience.

This position works on-site at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, as part of a dynamic team responsible for developing U.S. Army intelligence training and instructional products. The position provides Counterintelligence subject matter expertise and practical experience to support the development, review, and refinement of courseware for U.S. Army classroom instruction.

This is a curriculum and instructional product development position and is not an instructor position. The employee must be able to work collaboratively with other intelligence specialists and maintain reliable and consistent attendance to support customer requirements, team coordination, and scheduled deliverables.

What You’ll Do
  • Work collaboratively with a team of intelligence specialists representing various U.S. Army 35-series specialties to develop curriculum and instructional products for U.S. Army classroom instruction.
  • Apply Counterintelligence subject matter expertise and military experience to the development, review, revision, and validation of training materials and courseware.
  • Develop and support courseware for 10-Level training, officer courses, and pre-command courses.
  • Review instructional materials for technical accuracy, relevance, consistency, and alignment with applicable customer requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, curriculum development activities, reviews, and other customer-directed activities necessary to meet project requirements and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and customer representatives regarding assigned work and deliverables.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications and other required systems to develop, review, edit, and maintain instructional products and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain regular, reliable, and consistent attendance at the assigned work location. Because the position supports an on-site customer and operates as part of an integrated curriculum-development team, consistent availability is necessary to participate in collaborative development activities, respond to customer requirements, and complete assigned work and deliverables.
  • Maintain the ability to perform the essential functions of the position on a regular and sustained basis.
  • Travel as required to support contract or customer requirements - for this position, travel should be minimal.
  • Maintain required security access/authorization throughout employment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
