Join Our Team for High-End Service for the Heat Pump

You will work independently in your region, starting directly from home, and have a strong team behind you. We use modern tools like Salesforce and Praxedo, so you can focus on the technology rather than paperwork.

• Base Salary: A secure basic salary between €4,000 and €5,000 gross (depending on experience).

• Weekend Bonus:
  Regular on-call duties are rewarded:

  • €200 gross flat rate just for being on call over the weekend.

  • €150 gross extra for each individual customer deployment.

• Service Vehicle:
  Your own fully equipped car, including return home and, upon request, a 1% rule for private use (after the probationary period).

Your tasks:

• Seasonal Professional:
  From spring to autumn, you will ensure long-lasting systems through professional maintenance. From autumn to spring, you will be the rescuer in case of malfunction and defrosting.

• Fault Search & Diagnosis:
  You analyze complex systems and bring heat pumps to efficient operation.

• Technical Expert:
  You support our installation teams as a specialist contact for tricky technical questions on site.

What you bring with you:

• Training:
  You are a qualified Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician, electrician, or have a comparable qualification.

• Experience:
  
  You have relevant experience in customer service or in the installation of heat pumps.

• Certification:
  Ideally, you are an Electrotechnical Professional for Specified Activities (EfFfT) and/or have a certificate of competence under the Climate Protection Act (Kälteschein).

• Must-haves:
  You speak fluent German for customer consultation and have a driver's license class
