The objective of this role is to provide automation and controls support to our brewery. This role provides full time tier 1 and tier 2 level troubleshooting support within our breweries. This role will also execute projects to improve operations and drive value and mentor and develop maintenance technicians. This role will be the on shift controls expert at the brewery and be relied upon to support all areas in the plant as required.
Accountabilities& Impact
- On-shift automation and controls support for tier 1 and 2 level troubleshooting
- Develop continuous improvement automation projects
- Participate in management of change process in all process areas of the plant.
- Collaborates with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality to improve safety, quality, and throughput in the plant
- Provides technical leadership to operators and maintenance technicians
- Associates Degree engineering, information science, or industrial automation and controls or relevant industry experience
- 4 years of experience in industrial automation of F&B, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical processing
- Ability to independently execute complex automation projects
