As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build and test our multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment that's behind the technology we use every day. You'll be responsible for building, repairing, and testing various types of equipment--including electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components. You will perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs-- and perform audits to ensure necessary parts are available and inspected for defects.
Using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps you'll test assemblies, complete documentation, perform repairs, or install software to continuously improve our processes.

What you can expect from us:
- High-precision assemblies of series and development components
- Working under high-tech conditions in a cleanroom
- Computer-aided documentation of processes and assemblies
- Collaboration in the construction, development, and operation of test stands for prototypes and series products
- Close cooperation with our development department in the documentation of new components
- Quality control of modules
- Creation of quality deviation reports
- Electrical testing of scanning electron microscopes
What you should ideally bring:
- Training as a mechanic/mechatronic engineer, precision mechanic or technician or a suitable qualification
- First relevant professional experience
- Experience with vacuum components is an advantage
- Experience in handling MS-Office applications
- Diagnostic ability for problem-solving
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of quality
- Ability to analyze errors
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of technical documentation, change management, working according to procedures, handling of sensitive materials
- English in speech and writing

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
