We're looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes in our advanced semiconductor equipment manufacturing environment. If you're passionate about lean methods, workplace design, and data-driven planning, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Your Role & Responsibilities- Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies to identify process inefficiencies.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Design ergonomic and efficient workplaces aligned with safety and operational standards.
- Implement and sustain LEAN production methods, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
- Support Kanban and Just-In-Time (JIT) production systems for optimal material flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sequencing and capacity planning.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for production planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques.
- Proven success in LEAN manufacturing, workplace design, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Kanban, JIT, and capacity planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
