We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Fitness Attendant. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, be open to learning and respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well‑organized fitness environment.
They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests, and maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area.
- Enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center
- Ensure the equipment is safe and operating correctly
- Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center
- Have knowledge of the fitness area and resort/hotel.
- Ensure policies are followed in all point of sale operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
- Work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized
- Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
- Someone who is available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
- Someone with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Someone with previous customer service experience
- Someone with a strong desire to make an impact on other people
- Someone with an outgoing and engaging personality
- Someone with strong computer skills
- Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Someone with the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
