Under the authority of the commercial director, the ticketing and cashless manager orchestrates the entire ticket sales cycle and coordinates the cashless payment system of the festival. They are responsible for the configuration of the tools, the fluidity of the flows (physical and digital), the customer relationship (B2C and B2B), and the reliability of the revenue collection before, during, and after the event.
Responsibilities and missions: 1 - Management and configuration of the ticketing system:
• Configuration: configure the ticketing platforms, according to the sales strategy and the defined contingents in advance,
• Sales monitoring: monitor the occupancy, analyze the sales rhythms and produce regular reports for the management,
• Customer service / disputes: take charge and supervise the treatment of customer requests related to ticketing (refunds, lost tickets, resale), ensure the relationship with the festival-goers before, during and after the events, and coordinate the "Disputes" counter on site. 2 - Deployment and management of the cashless system:
• Preparation: configure the application and payment supports (bracelets/RFID chips), define the hierarchy of products and rates in conjunction with the bars, catering, merchandising, and other stands,
• Technical coordination: work hand in hand with the IT team and the provider to ensure the connectivity of the payment terminals (PAD) and the proper functioning of the recharging terminals.
• Customer service / disputes: take charge and supervise the treatment of customer requests related to cashless, ensure the relationship with the festival-goers before, during and after the events, and coordinate the "Disputes" counter on site. 3 - On-site management and logistics (during the festival):
• Management: recruit, train and manage the seasonal teams and volunteers dedicated to the ticketing counters, bracelet placement, and cashless banks (several dozens of people),
• Logistics: supervise the physical implementation of the access control zones and cashless recharging, and manage the Weez Event team intervening on these systems,
• Management of flows: ensure the fluidity of the queues at the festival entrances and anticipate friction points. 4 - Closure, accounting, and analysis:
• Ensure the financial reconciliation between the sales of tickets/cashless credits and the actual cash receipts, in close liaison with the accounting department,
• Write the quantitative and qualitative balance sheet of the edition (attendance statistics, purchasing behaviors, KPI consumption) to optimize the next edition.
Education & experience:
• Degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 in cultural project management, event management or management/accounting, Technical skills:
• Expert knowledge of market ticketing software and cashless solutions (knowledge of Weez Event solutions is an asset),
• Excellent mastery of Excel (dynamic cross tables, complex formulas for data analysis),
• Understanding of financial flows, VAT on ticketing, and basic accounting rules,
• Professional English (management of festival-goers and international partners). Human qualities & soft skills:
