Description
Responsible and knowledge-driven to ensure a service-oriented relationship with all district departments. Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the district payroll office.

Essential Functions- Technology – Intermediate. Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe products (Docu-Sign/E-Sign), Google applications (Drive), Slack, Zoom, Web Ex, and various other Microsoft 365 programs. Ability to learn new software.
- Communication – Advanced. Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and the general public. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Diversity & Multi-Cultural ism – Advanced. Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Flexibility & Adaptability – Intermediate. Ability to adapt to the demands of any given day/time.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Five years of payroll experience.
- Understanding of confidential work environment.
- Associate’s Degree.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Higher Education professional experience.
