Primary Residential Mortgage Inc is seeking a detail-oriented reviewer to assess borrowers' financials against investor guidelines for hardship assistance, approving or denying plans accordingly. You will monitor approved plans, perform required follow-ups, and maintain documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Updating monthly default reporting and coordinating with the Collateral & Claims team will be part of the role.
