BCBA Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs
- Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
- Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
- Review session notes and clinical reports
- Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality
- Master’s degree required
- Active BCBA certification
- LBA required
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
