If you’re tired of unrealistic caseloads, constant staff turnover, or being treated like a billing code, this role was designed with you in mind.

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Review session notes and clinical reports
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality

• Master’s degree required
• Active BCBA certification
• LBA required
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
