CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job SummaryThe Director of Crisis Services oversees the day‑to‑day operations of assigned CBI facility‑based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services. The Director manages and mentors Program Managers and Operations Administrators to ensure that clinical services and operations are delivered in accordance with CBI Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes.
Skills / Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- 5 years of management experience or equivalent in facility‑based crisis or medical facility.
- Data management proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ability to obtain and maintain AZ fingerprint clearance or good‑cause exemption.
- Current AZ Driver’s License.
- Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners licensure preferred (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW).
- RN license if hired at RN level.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
