Overview
PRN employees are called whenever there is a need for staff coverage. PRN Lab Techs have one scheduled day a week and are called as needed for staff coverage. PRNs have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts based on their needs.
Responsibilities- Perform blood draws and specimen collections.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory machines and equipment.
- Conduct lab procedures according to established protocols.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy experience is required.
- Willingness to receive training on laboratory procedures, equipment usage/maintenance, and software requirements.
PRN employees are eligible to participate in our generous 401k plan.
Compliance and Hiring ConditionsEmployment is contingent on the successful completion of a post-offer drug and alcohol test and a successful background check, followed by compliance with GHR’s random and for-cause employee drug and alcohol testing policy during employment.
